Isabel Coixet

Isabel Coixet is one of the most prestigious directors and screenwriters in Spanish cinema, as well as the most international. She recently directed a French series and the feature film «Tre Ciotole», an Italian-Spanish co-production. In 2023, she premiered «Un Amor», which received multiple nominations for the Goya Awards, and in 2022, she released the documentary «El techo amarillo», which won two awards in San Sebastián and was nominated for a Goya. She received her first Goya nomination in 1988 with her debut «Too Old to Die Young» and has won eight times, with four additional nominations. In 2020, she received the National Cinematography Award and a lifetime achievement award at the Málaga Festival (2015). She is currently working on her next project with her production company Miss Wasabi.
