She became known in 1999 by playing Agrado in the film ‘Todo sobre mi madre’, directed by Pedro Almodóvar, for which she received a nomination for Best New Actress at the Goya Awards and the Best Supporting Performance Award at the Union of Actors Awards. She has also been part of many titles like ’75 días’, ‘El hoyo’, ‘El tiempo de los monstruos’, or ‘Del lado del verano’. In fiction, she has been seen in successful series such as ‘Hierro’ for Movistar+ and the popular “La que se Avecina”. Antonia has her own theater company and an extensive stage career, creating successful shows like “Mi hija Mari”.
